Diagramming improvements for Confluence
This update brings a few solid improvements to the Diagrams experience - some quality-of-life changes.

New 'Start from Scratch' Screen
A more intuitive entry point with a splash of color.
Auto-Save Visual Editor Libraries
Libraries now stick between sessions - no more reloading.
More Libraries support AI
We've added support for PlantUML and DBML, in addition to Mermaid!
Better Diagram Rendering
We fixed a few issues with diagrams not rendering proerly, namely we fixed: using the 'click' word inside a mermaid diagram to send the user to a url now works. Separately another change is. that we fixed the. rendering of plantuml diagrams with multiple root nodes.
