Bulk Approve/Reject Confluence Pages
We’re thrilled to introduce one of our most requested features: Bulk Change for Approvals.
With this update, you can now approve, reject, or comment on multiple pages in just a couple of clicks. No more tediously working through approvals one by one—bulk change makes managing approvals faster, smoother, and far less repetitive.
Why We Built It
Over the past months, we’ve heard the same feedback from many of you:

We listened, and today’s release is the answer. Bulk change is designed to save your team hours of manual work, while keeping approval processes clear and consistent.
How It Works
Using bulk change is simple and intuitive:
- Select your pages From the approvals list, choose multiple pages at once using the checkboxes.
- Choose your action Approve, reject, or leave comments across all selected pages in one go.
- Confirm and done Your changes are instantly applied, with full visibility for your team.
That’s it—three quick steps, and you’ve handled approvals at scale.
