Capable Named Finalist for Atlassian Partner of the Year 2026

April 29, 2026

We’re excited to share that Capable has been named a finalist for the Atlassian Partner of the Year 2026 in the Cloud Transformation Apps category.

This recognition means a lot to our team. It reflects the work we’ve done over the past year to build thoughtful, useful apps that help Atlassian customers collaborate more effectively, stay organised, and get more value from their tools. It also recognises the care, consistency, and customer focus that go into everything we ship.

Here’s the official announcement:

Capable has been selected as a finalist for the Atlassian Partner of the Year 2026 Cloud Transformation Apps. This distinction recognizes our exemplary performance and contributions to Atlassian customers throughout the calendar year 2025. It encompasses notable achievements in business development and the delivery of innovative application solutions that enhance customer success.

“We are continually impressed by the exceptional Partner Awards nominations we receive annually,” stated Alan Braun, Head of Product Ecosystem at Atlassian. “Being named a finalist within an award category reflects the profound expertise and commitment of our partners in advancing innovation for Atlassian customers. It is a privilege to recognise the exemplary contributions of our leading partners in these categories across the Atlassian Marketplace.”

For us, this nomination is also a reminder of why we build: to help teams do better work with tools that feel practical, reliable, and genuinely useful. We’re proud to be part of the Atlassian ecosystem and grateful to the customers, partners, and community members who continue to support Capable along the way.

In 2025, Capable focused on accelerating and de-risking Atlassian Cloud migrations by providing a single, Forge-native destination platform for Confluence. Instead of recreating fragmented functionality across dozens of Marketplace apps, customers can consolidate approvals, diagrams, calendars, markdown, image libraries, and more into one unified solution built specifically for the Cloud. Because Capable is Forge-native, it inherits Atlassian’s security, data residency, and scalability - while eliminating Marketplace sprawl and post-migration complexity.

To support this shift, Capable developed a purpose-built migration toolchain designed for real-world enterprise environments. With 20+ migrators, teams can import approvals, macros, diagrams, and other content from third-party apps while preserving structure and usability. Features like dry-run validation, CQL-based scoping, audit logs, and side-by-side macro comparison give admins confidence and control, enabling phased migrations at scale. These workflows have already been proven in large enterprise migrations with customers such as NVIDIA and TomTom, as well as in collaboration with Solution Partners.

Once migrated, customers unlock a more powerful, cloud-native Confluence experience. A unified UX brings together advanced diagramming (including Excalidraw and 20+ text-based formats with AI assistance), integrated calendars and approvals, shared image libraries, markdown import, and deep content exploration - transforming Confluence into a streamlined, “all-in-one” platform for collaboration and governance.

Thank you to Atlassian for the recognition, and congratulations to all the other finalists.

We’re looking forward to what comes next.
