The short answer

Capable Approval puts everything a sign-off process needs in one app. You set minimum approvals and rejections, and requests reach reviewers by email or with Approve and Reject buttons in Slack. Spaces can raise approvals automatically and route them by label. Responses can be signed with an authenticator code, and the approved version can be published to another space the moment it passes.

Every approval belongs to one page version and resets when the page changes. Expiry brings pages back for review on a schedule, and the dashboard shows what is waiting and what is due.

Approvals for Confluence is the better pick in two cases. One is approving separate sections of one page with different approvers. The other is Confluence Data Center. Capable approves whole pages on purpose, because one approval per page version keeps the record simple to read and to audit.
