Just Add+ is a set of six macros that render Markdown, LaTeX, AsciiDoc, HTML, OpenAPI and text diagrams from inline text, attachments, URLs or Git. Capable for Confluence covers the same everyday jobs and builds an app around them.

Markdown gets a three-mode editor, starter templates and diagrams in fenced code blocks. Diagrams get about 30 languages plus draw.io-compatible, Excalidraw, BPMN, DMN and visual Mermaid editors, with a catalogue, collections and templates. AI drafts documents and diagrams, and one Rovo agent covers every action. Approvals, calendars, search, sites and forms come in the same licence.

Just Add+ is the better pick in two cases. One is rendering private files from Bitbucket or GitLab. The other is Confluence Data Center. Most Just Add+ macros can be migrated to Capable automatically.

Capable's migrator recognises Just Add+ macros across Markdown, Diagrams and Formatting. Most convert; a few are counted and left exactly as they are.
