Five new apps join the Capable portfolio
August 25, 2026
Capable has acquired five Confluence Cloud apps from Resolution - bringing analytics, whiteboards, spreadsheets, BI dashboards and document viewing directly into the pages where your teams already work.
Confluence is where teams do their thinking. It's where the decision gets argued out, where the spec gets written, where the retro actually happens.
But the evidence behind those decisions usually lives one tab away. The dashboard is in Power BI. The plan is in Smartsheet. The workshop output is on a Miro board. The signed contract is a PDF attachment somebody has to download before they can read it. And the person who most needs to see the chart is very often the person least likely to hold a licence for the tool it lives in.
That's the gap these five apps close. Today they join the Capable portfolio.
The five apps
π Google Analytics for Confluence
GA4 reporting at instance, space or page level, inside Confluence. Track page views, search queries and user behaviour, and capture specific Confluence events - page creations and updates, comments, searches - so content owners can see the impact of what they publish and prioritise what to maintain, improve or retire.

π¨ Miro Whiteboard for Confluence
Embed live Miro boards into pages - editable when you want asynchronous input, view-only when the board is a finished artefact. Confluence readers collaborate without needing a Miro account of their own, and it works with free and premium Miro plans alike. Supports free navigation, presentation mode and presentation with zoom, and inserts via slash command, smart link or the macro menu.

π Smartsheet for Confluence
Paste a sheet link and get a live Smartsheet view on the page - Grid, Gantt, Card or Calendar. Private and public sheets are both supported, sheets can be edited directly in Confluence, and stakeholders read the current state of the plan without a Smartsheet seat.

π Microsoft Power BI Embed for Confluence
Share reports and dashboards by pasting a Power BI link or report ID. Private and public reports both work, filters let you publish a selected slice of the data rather than the whole report, and the reports stay interactive on the page - so the operational review, the exec summary and the team scorecard reach people who'll never log into Power BI.

π PDF Embed for Confluence
Embed any PDF with a public link as first-class page content rather than an attachment. Navigate horizontally or vertically, expand to a pop-up or full screen, download when needed. Contracts, specs, reports and compliance documents stay readable in the context they belong to.

If you already use one of these apps - your installation, your data and your support continue uninterrupted, and Capable's EULA, DPA and Security Policy now govern them, with everything published openly at the Capable Trust Center.
What happens next: the move to Forge
Over the coming weeks, each of the five apps will be upgraded to Atlassian Forge. This work is already well underway - we've been preparing the Forge versions ahead of the transfer.
This is the part we're most deliberate about, because it's the part customers feel. Forge moves an app onto Atlassian-hosted infrastructure, which changes the answer to the questions security teams actually ask in a procurement review: where app data lives, which scopes an app declares, and who can access what. For five apps arriving under new ownership at once, that turns five separate vendor risk assessments into a platform-level answer.
We're prioritising three things through the migration: no loss of existing functionality, a strengthened security posture, and alignment with Atlassian's current cloud platform standards. For end users it should be largely invisible - which is the point. Every change will be documented ahead of time, and we'll give clear notice before anything affects a live instance.
